Lead Teacher
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Plan and lead educational activities, including math, language, and physical education.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on their child's development.
Must be willing to take the weekend "Admin Nanny College" class. Details will be provided during the interview process.
Qualifications:
Must have 12 Early Childhood Education Units
Previous experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to create and implement engaging curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners.
Familiarity with behavioral health strategies for supporting children's emotional well-being.
CPR Certified.
Mandated Reporter training.
