Service Dispatcher

We are a fast-paced, high-volume service company in Ontario, California looking for an experienced Service Dispatcher.

The ideal candidate has dispatch experience in California, understands local cities, streets, and freeways, and can make smart, real-time decisions on who to send where to keep jobs moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

Dispatch and schedule service technicians throughout the day

Prioritize calls and adjust routes as conditions change

Communicate with technicians and customers clearly and professionally

Track job progress and maintain accurate service records

Requirements

Prior service dispatcher experience

Strong knowledge of Southern California cities, freeways, and traffic patterns

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and decision-making skills
