Experienced prep cook/seafood ret5ail assistant

Seeking a multifaceted prep cook role with experience in seafood and serving customers. Must have seafood knowledge, oyster shucking and boning as well as fillet knife skills. You will be working in a busy seafood restaurant with an in house fresh seafood counter. Some heavy lifting is required as well as cleaning duties. Must have knives and can follow check lists and instructions. Work without supervision, self motivated and willing to learn. Must have experience with blenders, juicers, mincers and most cooking tools and appliances. Can follow recipes for sauces, Aioli's, batters, vinaigrettes. Your role will also include cleaning all cooking and prep spaces and organizing all storage areas, cold and dry and the updating of inventory lists at the end of your shift.

This is a part-time position and you will be required to work a combination of day shifts and night shifts, week days and weekends. More shifts may be available based on skill and work ethic.
