Kona Biscuit Co. is opening February 2026 at the Queen’s Shops in Waikoloa, and we’re building a strong kitchen team for both daytime and evening service.
We’re a scratch kitchen serving island comfort food with global influence, focused on quality ingredients, consistency, and teamwork. This is an opportunity to be part of a new restaurant from the beginning and help shape how the kitchen runs.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Pride in prep, cleanliness, and consistency
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Ability to work daytime and/or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
