About the Opportunity:

We manage a portfolio of 20 homes and condos located throughout Miramar Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. We are looking for a cleaning company that can provide turnover cleanings on check-in/check-out days and maintain a consistent cleaning schedule throughout the season.

Requirements:

Must be able to clean 20 properties on a recurring basis

Experience with vacation rental turnovers preferred

Ability to provide off-site linen services (wash, dry, fold, and return)

Must have a dependable team with strong attention to detail

Must be punctual and able to meet tight turnaround times

Excellent communication and reliability are essential
