Bar Security

Fiddlers Green Irish Pub is looking for professional, level headed security staff to help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well run environment. This role is about presence, judgment, and consistency.

Responsibilities

Verify IDs accurately and consistently

Monitor entrances and bar areas for intoxication and liability risks

Enforce house rules professionally and without escalation

De-escalate situations before they become problems

Work closely with bartenders, servers, and management

Maintain clear awareness of exits, capacity, and crowd flow

Ensure guests feel safe, respected, and welcome

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and alert

Strong judgment and situational awareness

Calm under pressure

Comfortable saying no and standing by it

Prior bar, club, security, or military/law-enforcement experience is a plus (not required)

Must be able to stand for extended periods and work late nights
