We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible, and able to manage basic office tasks independently.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors

Manage scheduling, filing, and office organization

Assist with simple documents and data entry

Support vendor coordination and basic office tasks

Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (email, PDFs, scanning, etc.)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Must be able to work on-site in Miami Beach
