Apartment Maintenance Tech:

- Apartment Build Outs - Drywall, mudding, sanding, painting, flooring, light electrical, light plumbing, install toilets, tub surrounds, plumbing hardware etc.

- Work Orders - Light plumbing, repairs and general maintenance.

- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license as there are more than one building.

- Being able to troubleshoot and work as a team is a must!

Wintertime: Must be able to Shovel and salt walkways.
