IN Search of Jazzy Wheelchair Repair Person

Please help. There was an post on here regarding wheelchair repairs for Jazzy brand wheelchairs. I need service done to my wheelchair. It shuts off, and a yellow flashing wrench appears. I rely on this 98% of my days and need service as soon as possible.
