Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays

Employment: W-2 Employee

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician for weekends and Fridays to support apartment, hotel, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

Basic plumbing (toilets, sinks, leaks)

Basic electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)

Drywall patching, painting, touch-ups

Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs

Door hardware, locks, and light carpentry

Unit turns and general upkeep

Responding to weekend maintenance needs

Requirements:

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Maintenance or handyman experience

Own basic tools

Valid driver’s license

Dependable and professional

Able to work independently

Preferred (not required):

Apartment or hotel maintenance experience

On-call availability
