Location: Grass Valley, CA

Wage Range: $22.00– $25.00 per hour

Full Time: 30-40 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist with opportunities to operate CNC machinery. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with hands-on machine work, offering growth and variety for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Package and ship materials efficiently and accurately

Track and manage inventory levels

Perform machine cleaning and general maintenance

Operate basic machinery (training provided)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment with machines and shipping

Experience operating a CNC Router is a plus

Forklift Certification a plus (could obtain after hire)

Familiarity with machine maintenance and basic operations

Ability to think creatively to improve operations and manufacturing processes

Strong teamwork and communication skills in a professional, constructive manner

Basic computer skills for shipping, printing labels, and related tasks
