Office Assistant for Plumbing, Construction Company
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Quickbooks (a must)
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with excellent time management skills
Attention to detail with proofreading capabilities and accuracy in data entry
Demonstrated ability to handle customer service interactions professionally
Maintain discretion and handles sensitive information responsibly
Ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish.
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (flexible)
No remote work.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues, Scheduling of appointments, Assist in time keeping data entry, Assist with A/R collections, Maintain accurate accounting records, Other duties assigned by supervisor.
