We are hiring CLEANING PERSONNEL / GENERAL MAINTENANCE in Los Angeles

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Personnel / Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning)

Conduct basic maintenance tasks (minor repairs, light painting, changing light bulbs, basic troubleshooting)

Ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards

Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management

Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Prior cleaning or maintenance experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual labor

Schedule & Pay:

$18-25 hourly rate

40 hours a week
