Parts Specialist/Manager

Pikes Peak Tractors is seeking a Parts Specialist/Manager. Duties include: Oversee the parts department to support our customers by managing inventory, supporting the service department, and manage shop flow and parts supply. Ensure that equipment and parts are supplied for external clients and customers. Monitor inventory, work with vendors to get the correct parts in stock, and help customers find the parts they need. Must have great communication skill with customer service experience and up-to-date knowledge of the parts trends in the industry. This work will take place in a shop-based environment during regular business hours.

We are an authorized McCormick Tractor, Vermeer Forage, Bush Hog, Dixie Chopper and Beaver Valley Supply Implements Dealer. We sell and service new equipment and provide parts, service, repairs and restorations on older equipment.

Requirements for all positions: Good Attitude at all times, must display Initiative to get things done, be Reliable, Prompt, Courteous, Ethical and must maintain Presentable Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor to interact with customers as necessary. Have a Valid Driver’s license, no drugs, alcohol or impairment on the job, limited smoking permitted.

Compensation: Competitive pay commensurate with training, qualifications and experience and commissions available on certain items.
