Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role selling custom exterior and interior sign solutions across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. It is a customer-facing role requiring a high level of communication with Sales Accounts regarding project status, expectations, next steps, and other project-related matters. You will:
· Hunt and qualify new B2B prospects (QSR, healthcare/hospital, multi-site retail, multi-family properties, GC/architects) and nurture inbound leads through our CRM.
· Scope projects with clients, then partner with estimating, code-check, design, and project-management teams to build winning proposals.
· Deliver presentations that translate technical details into ROI and brand impact.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and schedules that meet margin targets while protecting customer value.
· Track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and hit monthly/quarterly KPIs.
· Stay current on municipal sign codes, permitting timelines, and industry trends to guide clients confidently.
· Represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
Qualifications
· 5+ years proven success selling custom signage or related building products; existing book of regional business is strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated $1M+ annual quota attainment with healthy close ratios.
· Solid grasp of sign types, materials, illumination, UL, ADA, and local code requirements.
· Comfortable reading architectural drawings and collaborating with design/engineering.
· CRM discipline and data-driven decision making.
· Clear, persuasive communicator—written, verbal, and visual; must excel at proactive customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.
· Valid driver’s license; regional travel 25%.
