Come and be an instructor at Northern Colorado's oldest driving school! Conahan's was established in 1983 and we are growing and in need of some great people.

Great perks of this job include picking your own schedule for behind the wheel training and use of a company car. You won't find too many places with a more flexible schedule than here! Summers are MUCH BUSIER, typically full time hours, but this position is YEAR ROUND. Must be willing and able to work around student's schedules: After School, Nights, and/or Weekends.

- Conduct driving lessons for students of all ages, primarily for behind-the-wheel training.

- Provide hands-on instruction and guidance to students during driving practice sessions to help them develop safe driving skills.

- Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving abilities.

- Maintain accurate records of student lessons, progress, and performance.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

-Must pass background check!

- Previous experience working with students or in adult education is preferred but not required. We have all of the state required training programs to do in-house and are willing to train the right candidates. Patience, personality, and good work ethic are the main things we're looking for!

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate and interact with students. abilities are a plus but not required.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs.

- Patient, calm, and supportive demeanor to help students feel comfortable and confident during their lessons.

-MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD (per the DMV and the State of Colorado)
