Experience Required: 3+ years in marine woodworking or wooden boat repair

Delta Boat Works LLC is seeking an experienced Wood Boat Carpenter to join our boatyard team. Work on the repair, restoration, and maintenance of wooden boats, including hulls, decks, frames, planking, cabinetry, and interior fittings.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in wooden boat carpentry or marine woodworking

Strong skills with hand and power woodworking tools

Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and reliably

Willingness to learn and adapt to various projects
