Part-time Smoked Fish Production Person

Gingrass Smoked is a Napa-based smoked fish company. Gingrass Smoked produces superior, small-batch, smoked salmon, trout, and more — sustainably sourced and traditionally cured, high-quality ingredients and small-batch smoked .

Our business is growing, and we are looking for someone new to join the team. The job is much like working in a commercial kitchen, so we require some kitchen experience. We will train the specific production duties for this position.

This position will be three days per week to begin but will likely become full time at some point. We operate seven days per week.

$25.00 per hour depending on experience to start. $30 per hour once fully trained.
