Real Estate Property field agent for REO foreclosed homes

Real Estate foreclosure field agent position covering all of Contra Costa county

Job Duties:

Photograph properties and upload photos to cloud.

Field inspection of homes to determine condition and repairs needed.

Occupancy check and posting of documents on properties.

Communicating with occupants and tenants of properties.

Inspect properties for purposes of signing off on work completion.

This is an independent contractor position.

Requirement's:

Reliable vehicle with full coverage insurance and good riding record.

Licensed Ca real estate license preferred

Tech savvy with ability to take photos and upload to cloud

Basic knowledge of construction
