We are two established, high-volume restaurant concepts in the downtown San Francisco area seeking experienced, professional bartenders to join our teams.

OPEN POSITIONS
We are hiring two bartenders:
Bartender – Italian–Japanese Fusion Concept
Looking for someone with strong cocktail technique, creativity, organization, and familiarity with Japanese spirits (sake, shochu, Japanese whisky) and Italian liqueurs.
Bartender – Italian–Mexican Fusion Concept
Ideal candidate has experience with agave spirits, Italian liqueurs, house-made infusions, and creating bold, balanced cocktail programs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or cocktail bar
Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to create new menu items
Excellent organization, cleanliness, and bar prep skills
Ability to work efficiently during high-volume service
Strong communication and professionalism
Team-focused mentality
Food & beverage knowledge (Italian, Japanese, Mexican) is a plus, not mandatory
LOCATIONS
Both restaurants are located in downtown San Francisco (Union Square / Financial District area).
Names will be shared during the interview process.
AVAILABILITY
Full-time or part-time
Nights & weekends required
Must be reliable and punctual
COMPENSATION
Hourly + tips (DOE)
