Benefits Professionals – Introduce Employers to a No-Net-Cost Program
We are looking for Benefits Consultants and individuals who have relationships with Atlanta-area business owners to help introduce employers to a no-net-cost employee benefits strategy powered by the SIMERP model.
Our SIMERP consulting team handles the full explanation, compliance, and onboarding. Your job is to connect us with the right employers and help set up qualified meetings.
What You’ll Do
Use your network of Atlanta business owners, CEOs, CFOs, HR leaders, and benefits decision-makers
Identify employers with 10+ full-time W-2 employees
Schedule qualified Zoom or in-person meetings between the employer and our consulting team
Stay engaged as the trusted referral source
You do not need to be an insurance expert; we provide the expertise and presentation.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with long-term residual income.
You earn per employee who enrolls from your referred businesses
Residual income continues as long as those employees remain on the program
No cap on earnings – the more you open doors, the larger your residual base can grow
We will review exact numbers and payout details on an initial call.
