$500 SIGN ON BONUS - This bonus is for new hires. Internal candidates and rehires are excluded. Payments are in $250 increments at 90 and 180 days, paid on the following paycheck.

Fitness Instructor
Group Fitness Certification Required
Promoting the resort's recreation activities as well as fitness classes to both children and adults (e.g., trivia contests, pool and outdoor games, aqua aerobic, outdoor nature walks, senior classes, etc.)
Your responsibilities will also include, but are not limited to, encouraging and registering guests for activities, maintaining equipment, delivering engaging fitness courses, and facilitating activities.
Ensure we are providing the best services to our guests, as a Fitness Specialist, your duties will entail interacting with guests with an engaging and friendly attitude.
Obtaining group fitness certification within first 90 days of hire is required.
Massage Therapist
Licensed Massage Therapist required
Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products. Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before beginning service.
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes, and check with guest to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout service. Promote and sell spa/salon services.
Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools. Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift, dispose of trash and dirty linens, and secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service and informing supervisor/manager. Maintain current licensure in service area.

Must be available to work 2 days minimum (1 day Fri-Sun, 1 day Mon-Thur)
