PROJECT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR – Construction & Site Work

Location: Amesbury, MA (projects throughout MA, Southern NH & Southern ME)

Construction Solutions, Inc. is a growing excavation, site development, and general construction company seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion and preparing accurate, competitive estimates.

Responsibilities:

Manage excavation, site work, drainage, utilities, and general construction projects

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors

Prepare detailed cost estimates, takeoffs, and bids

Review drawings, plans, and specifications

Conduct site visits, meetings, and job walkthroughs

Track budgets, schedules, and job costs

Communicate with clients and internal teams

Maintain project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

3+ years experience in construction project management and/or estimating

Strong knowledge of excavation, utilities, and site development

Ability to read and interpret construction plans

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Valid driver’s license

Microsoft Office Suite and Apple Products a plus
