Apartment Maintenance Tech

We are expanding our apartment maintenance team and looking for experienced Techs, must have clean and valid driver's license

NO ON CALL.

Must have at least One year's work experience as an apartment maintenance tech, completing unit turn overs, painting, minor plumbing and electric skills.

Own small hand tools required, PLEASE NOTE- this is not for cleaning,
