Baseball position - Collegiate School JV and MS

There is an assistant position opening at Collegiate School in both our MS program and our HS program at the JV level.

We are beginning the interview process.

The Collegiate School is located at 301 Freedom Place South between 61st and 62nd Streets in Manhattan. The school does not have our own baseball fields. We use fields, as available, usually in Manhattan (Dyckman Park). Most of the games are played in Randall's Island or Van Cortlandt Park.

For the MS position:

Coaches need to be available on Monday (3:20 start-end at 4:15) and Tuesday through Thursday for the practices/matches at around 2:30 and arrive back to school by 4:30pm.

Games are typically Tuesdays and Thursdays - Pay is $3940. Approximately 40 days - Preseason practice begins 2/23 with indoor practices mostly.

The official end date of the season is early June.

There are no Friday or weekend commitments. There is also a 2 week break at the end of March.

For the HS position:

Coaches need to be available M-F On practice days you need to be in school by 3:15pm.

On game days the bus typically leaves around 2:45pm.

Pay is $5800.

The season starts in mid-February and ends in mid-May.
