Full-Time Hospitality Assistant Manager & Hospitality Operator (Mon–Fri) | $65K–$80K+ + Bonuses + Equity

The role

You’ll own weekday operations and set the tone on the floor. You’re the person guests recognize, trust, and enjoy seeing. You care deeply about how drinks taste, how guests feel, and how the space runs.

What you’ll do

Deliver warm, high-quality service daily

Ensure drinks are made consistently and correctly

Lead and support the team during service

Maintain cleanliness, flow, and standards

Help refine systems as we grow

Who you are:

Hospitality or café operator with strong service instincts

Detail-oriented and proud of your work

Calm, reliable, and guest-focused

Wants to grow with a brand, not just clock shifts

Compensation

$65,000–$80,000+ base (based on experience)
