Professional Cleaners Needed – Residential/Commercial – Weekly Pay

Zenith Cleaning Pros is a growing professional cleaning company serving the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio area. We specialize in residential, commercial, Airbnb, and move-in/move-out cleanings and are currently seeking reliable solo cleaners to join our team.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with consistent daytime work and weekly pay.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the ultimate customer experience by maintaining high-quality cleanliness and sanitation standards across various client locations. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and committed to providing exceptional service to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients and management alike.

PAY

Equivalent to $45-$120+ per hour based on job requirements (with flexible incentives)

Paid weekly

Paid per job or per hour as agreed

Opportunity for increased hours and income as demand grows

SCHEDULE

Flexible - contractor may accept or decline jobs

Monday–Friday

WEEKENDS AVAILABLE AS NEEDED

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

No night shifts (unless requested)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, commercial properties, and Airbnb units

Complete move-in and move-out cleanings efficiently and thoroughly

Follow company cleaning checklists and standards

Communicate professionally with clients and management

Maintain attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation

Valid driver’s license

Smartphone required

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable working around pets

Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required

MUST have cleaning equipment and supplies

MUST pass a background check

SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT

Contractor will use their own cleaning supplies, systems, and procedures

Contractor uses their own vehicle for transportation between job sites
