Maintenance Supervisor for Landscape Company

Aurora Landscape has been established since 2006 and continues to grow! We are looking to add a Maintenance Supervisor and or individual that has the passion and motivation to excel within the industry. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team environment and can commit to steady employment. Position Expectations and Duties not limited to:

The ability to operate small and large landscape equipment machinery

Have a positive attitude and the ability to train & motivate others

Effective communications and the ability to communicate with customers as needed while running a project jobsite

Must be able to read and understand landscape project plans and schedules

Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practices

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscaping techniques

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention detail

Lead and supervise crew, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines

Collaborate with Operations Manager to understand project requirements, preferences, and goals

Provide on-site project oversight

Proactively establish and support a positive commitment to Safety on job site

Position Requirements:

1-3 Years of professional landscape maintenance experience

1-3 Years experience in leading a crew

Project Management Experience

Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/machinery/practices

Good physical condition and endurance; able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather condition

Valid Driver's License

Communication Skills - English and Spanish Preferred

Top Pay $23 - $33hr depending on experience
