We are a small, growing cleaning company looking for dependable help in the Lake Geneva and Twin Lakes areas. This is a part-time position with steady hours and the opportunity to grow into more.

Position Details

Starting pay: $18 per hour

Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week with potential for more

Schedule: Weekday and some weekend availability required

Service area: Lake Geneva, Twin Lakes, and nearby towns

Job Duties

Residential and short-term rental cleaning

General cleaning tasks including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and laundry

Working solo or as part of a small team

Following checklists and company standards

Requirements

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Cleaning experience is helpful but not required

Must be comfortable working independently

Pay and Growth

We offer weekly pay and opportunities for raises after a 30-day probation period based on performance and reliability. Long-term team members will have the chance to take on more responsibility and hours.
