Painting / plastering /handy man/ plumbing/ carpentry

We are looking for a person who can paint apartments, fix things , install garbage disposals, fix toilets, patching and plastering, hanging drywall , an overall handy person. Bi lingual is helpful

Help us get apartments ready for a new person to move in.

We need someone who can drive a pick up truck, experienced in apartment

maintenance.

Full time job All the work is in the area of Venice near Sepulveda or west los angeles,

We manage and operate 600 apartment units in this area.
