counterperson for bakery

Seeking full time Counter person to help run the front end of our bakery.

Sell pastries, interact with customers, make a variety of basic coffee and tea drinks plus box orders for Doordash.

Availability: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 7:30am-2:30pm 33-35 hours week, somewhat higher during the holiday season).

Hourly pay plus tip pooling, looking for experienced counterpeople. Barista experience is a plus.

Candidates need to have basic customer service skills (smile, engage the customer, etc) be able to lift minimum of 50 pounds (although you won't be in the back lifting bags of flour just boxes of pastries for customers!), wear non slip shoes, current food handler’s card is great but not needed, sense of ownership and drive. Bilingual is a plus!
