Apartment Resident Manager - Rockridge

We are looking for an experienced resident manager to lead a well-maintained apartment building in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland. Two years of prior multifamily management required. Interest in real estate/property management essential. Job consists of showing/renting units, lease documentation, setting up and managing maintenance requests, addressing all resident concerns quickly and efficiently, minor cleaning of common areas and apartments on turns. Must live on-site. Average work week roughly 12-15 hours. No smoking. No pets.

Compensation includes a starting hourly wage of $19.00 plus a one-bedroom apartment discounted to +/- $950 (market $2,000), free parking and utility allowance.
