Position Overview
Luxcars is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and wants strong earning potential.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $35,000–$45,000 per year
Commission: Uncapped commission on every vehicle sold
Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
Total Earning Potential: $70,000–$100,000+ annually for top performers

Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the vehicle-buying process
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
Meet or exceed personal and dealership sales goals

Qualifications
Automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
