Must have 2 years proven QuickBooks Desktop Inventory experience
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable workflows

Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile QuickBooks Desktop Inventory records
Process and track Accounts Payable transactions
Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation
Support management with reporting and workflow clarity
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and efficiency
