Join Our Team: Painter/Maintenance Technician Wanted!

This community is a vibrant senior living community offering independent and assisted living in the charming suburb of Winchester, MA.

We're seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our maintenance team and help keep our community looking its best.

Position: Full-Time Painter (Maintenance Focus)

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior walls, ceilings, trim, and common areas.

Perform touch-ups, full room repaints, and minor drywall repairs to keep resident apartments and shared spaces fresh and inviting.

Ensure all work is completed with minimal disruption to residents – we emphasize quiet, clean, and respectful practices.

Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., basic repairs, furniture moving, trash).

Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional painter (2+ years preferred; experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-unit facilities is a plus).

Knowledge of paint types, surface preparation, and application techniques (brushes, rollers, sprayers).

Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and interact kindly with seniors.

Reliable transportation.

Must pass background check.
