We are a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in distressed properties throughout New York. We're looking for a natural closer with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, someone who lives for the thrill of the deal and wants to grow into a sales leadership position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Take over warm pre-qualified leads.

Speak directly with property owners and negotiate win-win deals

Work inside our CRM to stay on top of follow-ups and deal flow

Build rapport with homeowners in sensitive situations (estate sales, foreclosure, probate)

Hustle daily — no hand-holding, no excuses, just results

Ideal Candidate:

Proven closer — confident, persuasive, and fearless on the phone

Prior sales experience (real estate preferred but not required)

Charismatic and self-motivated — thrives in a fast-paced environment Looking to grow into a leadership position

Has a vehicle

Lives in the Brooklyn or Queens area
