Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM. Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of sushi rolls for daily buffet service Work independently and manage prep, production, and presentation Ensure freshness, quality, and consistent portioning Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Set up and break down sushi station daily Monitor ingredients and communicate needs for ordering Requirements: Prior experience as a sushi chef (roll-focused experience preferred) Ability to work alone and manage time efficiently Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation Reliable, punctual, and consistent Authorized to work in the U.S.
