Starting Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience), with earning potential up to $35.00+ per hour for skilled and lead technicians.

What You'll Do & The Impact You'll Make:

As an Industrial Surface & Blasting Technician, you will be a crucial part of our field team, responsible for delivering expert cleaning and surface preparation services for industrial, commercial, and fleet clients. You'll operate advanced equipment to ensure projects are completed with unparalleled quality and professionalism.

Master Diverse Cleaning Techniques: Primarily responsible for industrial pressure washing of heavy equipment, commercial properties, and tractor-trailers.

Specialized Blasting Operations: Engage in dry ice blasting for delicate cleaning (e.g., machinery, historical restoration) and various media blasting applications (e.g., surface preparation, paint removal).

Fleet Image & Maintenance: Maintain the pristine image of tractor-trailers, including exterior washing, detailing, and interior cleaning/disinfecting as needed.

Property & Facility Upkeep: Clean commercial property surfaces such as building exteriors, parking lots, warehouses, and industrial equipment.

Environmental Stewardship: Ensure proper containment and disposal of wastewater and cleaning materials in strict adherence to environmental regulations.

Equipment Care: Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on specialized washing and blasting equipment; meticulously maintain a clean and organized work area.

Safety First: Consistently follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining a secure job site.

Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record work performed, track job supplies, document completed jobs, and report any mechanical issues or site observations using our company app.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Valid Driver’s License with CLEAN driving record REQUIRED. (This is non-negotiable for insurance and operating company vehicles).

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Previous experience in pressure washing, vehicle washing, construction, or industrial cleaning is a plus, but not required if you bring a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Experience with dry ice, abrasive, or soda media blasting is highly preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidate!

Ability to work safely and effectively in outdoor and varying conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and wet environments.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior cleanliness and results.

Highly motivated, reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
