Litigation Paralegal

We are a small, fast-paced West Tampa law firm focusing on landlord/tenant and family law matters.

This is a part-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with the attorney to prepare and file pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Qualifications

Experience with filing documents through the Florida e-File portal

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with family and landlord/tenant law preferred but not required.

Previous civil litigation experience required
