In this dynamic role, you’ll work across Front Office and Birdie Bar & Brasserie, gaining hands-on experience in day-to-day hotel operations while delivering exceptional, memorable service to our guests. What Will You Be Doing?Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in betweenTaking responsibility for designated section/station, taking orders and keeping tables and service areas clean and tidy Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitorsCompleting a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to making coffees, preparing drinks and maintaining guest accountsProviding passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesAssisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
