The Director Sales, Luxury & Lifestyle, Mexico is responsible for leading Accor’s luxury and lifestyle sales in Mexico. This role focuses on driving commercial success, strengthening strategic agency and consortia partnerships, and elevating the presence of Accor’s luxury brands. The position requires a highly collaborative, strategic leader who can effectively manage regional sales efforts and ensure alignment with global priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the luxury and lifestyle sales strategy across Mexico, aligning with broader Americas and global business objectivesManage Accor Preferred partnerships and HERA relationships, ensuring each has a clearly defined strategic and sales marketing plan tailored to the Latin American marketCollaborate with hotels to support positioning, contracting, and sales opportunities within the regionIdentify market trends, and unlock new opportunitiesRepresent Accor’s luxury and lifestyle brands at key regional trade shows, client events, and industry forumsSupport the execution of sales & marketing to maximize partner engagement and revenue performanceAssist with budget planning and provide input into regional forecasting and business planningFoster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and encourage a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability
