CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist
We are seeking a highly capable CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to own and optimize our lead flow, messaging, and automation systems across CRM, email, SMS, and web platforms. This role is critical to revenue operations and requires someone who can both build and improve systems, not just maintain them.
You will work closely with leadership, sales teams, and operations to ensure leads move efficiently from source to sale while maintaining compliance and performance at scale.
Duties
Build, manage, and optimize Zoho CRM (or equivalent), including.
Custom fields, modules, workflows, and automations.
Lead routing, tagging, lifecycle stages, and assignment rules.+
Manage lead flows from multiple sources.
Web forms, paid ads, vendors, live transfers, and internal call centers
Develop and maintain email and SMS campaigns
Segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, deliverability, and compliance.
Support and customize WordPress websites and landing pages.
Form integrations, plugin configuration, basic, HTML/CSS/PHP edits.
Build and maintain automation and integrations.
Webhooks, APIs, Zapier/Make, native CRM integrations
Create dashboards and reports tracking:
Lead volume, conversion rates, ROI by source, and campaign performance.
Maintain data hygiene:
Deduplication, normalization, suppression lists, and CRM cleanup
Document systems and workflows with clear SOPs
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM platforms
Proven experience in:
Email blasting and SMS marketing at scale
CRM automation and lead routing logic
WordPress customization and integrations
Comfortable working in high-volume, outbound-driven sales environments
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify and fix bottlenecks.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects end-to-end
Familiarity with attribution modeling techniques to measure campaign effectiveness accurately.
Preferred not required:
- Experience with call tracking platforms(Ringba, CallRail, etc.)
- Familiarity with lead vendors, marketplaces, or live transfer models
- Basic copywriting for email and SMS campaigns
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated sales environments
