We’re looking for sharp, detail-driven individuals to join our proposal submission team. This role is ideal for people who can read complex procurement instructions, understand what’s required, and complete forms with precision — every opportunity is unique, and accuracy is everything.

If you’re disciplined, competitive, and motivated by high-ticket commissions, this position gives you the ability to earn aggressively while building real expertise in the contract submission space.

What You’ll Do

Review and interpret procurement opportunities using our agency lists, and keyword criteria

Complete and submit proposal forms — each submission requires unique attention to detail

Follow instructions line-by-line and ensure every requirement is met

Submit proposals for internal review before final submission

Maintain clean records of all proposals, revisions, and statuses

Build a consistent pipeline with daily submission activity

Learn our process quickly — training and access included

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Helpful)

Experience in any of the following is a plus and makes onboarding faster:

Procurement or vendor management

Compliance-style reading

Data entry for complex forms

Cross-functional communication

Basic understanding of contract flow or sourcing processes

These are not mandatory. Many top performers start with no experience and win their first award within their first few submissions.

Compensation

Commission Only: 5%–20% per awarded contract

Typical award payouts range $8,000–$20,000+ per deal, depending on size.

Full-time performers regularly earn $10K–$25K+ per month by maintaining consistent submission volume.

There is no cap on earnings — the more you submit, the more you earn.
