Homecare marketer is responsible for developing and maintain referral relationships with:

Hospitals & discharge planners

Skilled nursing & rehab facilities

Assisted living facilities

Physicians offices

Social workers &case managers

Conduct in person visits and presentations to referral sources

Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking events

Distribute marketing materials

(brochures,business cards,flyers)
