Helios Steel Buildings is hiring motivated field installers to join our crew. We specialize in pre-engineered steel building installation throughout Central Oregon, focusing on carports, rv ports, shops, garages, and farm buildings.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and install pre-fabricated steel structures (concrete footings, steel frames, wall panels, roofs, trim, doors)

Operate power tools, lifts, and light equipment safely

Follow layout drawings, site plans, and lead installer instructions

Assist with unloading and staging building materials

Maintain a clean and organized worksite

Work outdoors in variable weather conditions

Requirements:

Construction or metal building experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work at heights

Reliable transportation to job sites

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Details:

Pay: Starting at $25/hr, depending on experience, ability to earn more with experience and ability to run independent crews.

Full-time, year-round work
