What You’ll Do
As a Baker/Barista, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with care and consistency. - Baking delicious treats and maintaining a steady supply of fresh baked goods. - Keeping the workspace safe, clean, and organized at all times. - Following directions to ensure smooth daily operations. - Collaborating with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment. - Providing friendly and attentive customer service to make every visit memorable.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who: - Has reliable transportation to get to and from work. - Possesses a valid food handler’s permit. - Is flexible with hours and can adapt to scheduling needs. - Thrives in a team setting and enjoys working collaboratively. - Can follow directions carefully and execute tasks with precision. - Is committed to maintaining a clean and safe workspace for everyone.
