About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and people‑focused individual to join our team as an Office Assistant / Sales Representative. This is a hybrid role combining office support, customer interaction, and in‑person outreach. If you enjoy talking to people, staying organized, and helping homeowners find solutions, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk‑in customers and callers
Provide basic administrative support (filing, scheduling, data entry)
Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
Present company services to homeowners in person (door‑to‑door)
Represent the company professionally in the community
Assist the sales team with appointments, paperwork, and customer communication
Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM preferred)
Reliable transportation
Sales experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
