$22-$24/HR Customer Service Representative (Whittier, CA)

A manufacturing of high-quality HVAC coils and components in the city of Whittier we are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role supports customers, processes orders, and helps keep projects on the daily running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone and email with product questions and order support

Review customer quotes and understand project requirements

Enter and process sales orders accurately

Coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Production, and Shipping to ensure timely delivery

Keep customers updated on order status and resolve issues

Perform data entry, order tracking, and general admin tasks

Support daily operations within the customer service department

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing experience a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus

Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team environment

Starting Pay: $22-24/ HR

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: 1st / 8:00AM-4:30PM (Overtime Required)
