Position Overview:

Manage the full sales process from initial lead to signed contract.

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations with homeowners interested in building an ADU.

Present customized design and financing options.

Collaborate closely with our professional team of architects, engineers, and project managers.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in real estate, construction, or ADU projects — required.

Strong understanding of financing concepts (e.g., equity, construction loans, HELOC, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
