Are you a skilled, dependable roofer who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact for homeowners? We’re an established roofing company growing our location in Fruitland Park, FL, and we’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team in a dual-role position that combines hands-on roof repairs with project supervision.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair roof leaks for residential homeowners
Install specialty roof accessories including solar tubes, solar attic fans, skylights, etc.
Oversee re-roof projects: Coordinate material deliveries, ensure smooth daily operations, keep the crew on track, and make sure everything runs efficiently.
Act as a point of contact for clients – keep them happy, communicate progress, and resolve any issues.
Facilitate in-progress inspections with county building inspectors and ensure jobs meet all codes and quality standards.
Work independently while being part of a supportive team.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in roof repairs (leak detection, shingle/tile/metal preferred. Primarily shingle.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems and best practices.
Clean driving record (required for company insurance – we’ll provide the van).
Local to Central Florida (Fruitland Park, Leesburg, Lady Lake, The Villages, Ocala, Wildwood, or within reasonable commute).
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, dependable, and presentable – you take pride in your work and how you represent the company.
Physically able to climb ladders, work on roofs, lift materials, and handle Florida weather.
